tears after the rain
I'm going through a time in my life very complicated. I want to cut out the deadwood and I do not know where to start. certainly my job will be one of them. I would like to move abroad but with little money I don't know if I can do it. if anyone can help me I will be grateful to him. the purpose of all this is the only real purpose of my entire life: have a happy life.

Ticking away the moments that make up a dull day
You fritter and waste the hours in an off hand way

Italian reciper for happyness :-)
Prepare homemade pasta.
The key issue is quality of ingredients used: fresh eggs and then broken at room temperature, flour 00 type, salt and for a more elastic dough you must use olive oil.
To prepare 250g of pasta will be used:
* 200 grams of flour 00
* 2 eggs
* 1 pinch of salt
We see then how to prepare it in five steps, starting from the classical fountain at the center of flour sifted with eggs and salt.
1. With a fork, beat the eggs into the fountain and mix the flour starting from the edge of the fountain.
2. Work the mixture for 15-20 minutes on a table sprinkled with flour. The method for working the dough, unlike the dose is equal in every part of Italy: the dough is rolled, folded in on itself, and crushed with his fists. All must be vigorously and repeated several times until the dough is firm and smooth.
3. When the dough begin to form bubbles the work is finished : Make it a ball.
4. Wrap the ball in a cloth or better in plastic wrap and let rest for half an hour.
5. Spent half an hour, the dough is ready to be pulled or stretched, which can be done using a machine or by hand using a rolling pin. From then get the sheets of pasta you like, from pappardelle to noodles and so on.
