Prepare homemade pasta.

The key issue is quality of ingredients used: fresh eggs and then broken at room temperature, flour 00 type, salt and for a more elastic dough you must use olive oil.

To prepare 250g of pasta will be used:

* 200 grams of flour 00
* 2 eggs
* 1 pinch of salt

We see then how to prepare it in five steps, starting from the classical fountain at the center of flour sifted with eggs and salt.

1. With a fork, beat the eggs into the fountain and mix the flour starting from the edge of the fountain.
2. Work the mixture for 15-20 minutes on a table sprinkled with flour.
